Interior Painting
These prices are estimates as of April 2026. Please contact us to schedule an estimate for an accurate price.
Essential Materials Pricing @ ALTOS.
Paint: ~$50-120/gallon, depending on quality.
Primer: ~$35-100/gallon. Higher pricing for blocking stains and poorly kept surfaces.
Paint brush: $35/brush
Standard Pricing Factors: quality of existing surface(s), number of windows & doors, priority, building management *condos*, etc.
1-3 Rooms
For full coverage, walls, ceilings, and trim, expect to pay between $1,000 – $6,000.
3-5 Rooms
For full coverage, walls, ceilings, and trim, expect to pay between $2,500 – $15,000.
Whole House (1,500-2,500 sqft)
For full coverage, walls, ceilings, and trim, expect to pay between $10,000 – $20,000.
Exterior Painting
EXTERIOR PRICES VARY MORE DUE TO WEATHER.

Drywall Repair + Installation
Our painting service comes with the assumption that basic repair work, such as nails and dents, will be patched, however full sheets or surfaces larger than 3″ in diameter will not always be included.
Repair Work: $400/day labor minimum.
Installation Work: $400/day labor minimum.
We aim to keep most drywall repair projects from $500-2,500.
Installation: Most projects we take on will range from $500-$5,000.
Single Family House (1 Story)
$6,000 – $20,000
Duplex
$10,000 – $35,000
Carpentry
Decks
Depending on size, season, priority, and environment, a simple deck of 300-500 sqft will be in the range of $15,000-25,000.
Enclosed porches and roofing will add to this cost.
Cabinets + Remodeling
We aim to keep our remodeling projects from $10,000 – 30,000. This often includes cabinet installation, wall partitions, new trim, and door hanging.

Handyman/Repair
Handyman work such as installation of appliances, curtains, repair of individual rooms, etc. will vary depdning not only on scope and materials but also on urgency and quality of materials.
Personal rate for handyman work: $90/hr + materials.
Please note this is a special kind of service and will not always be available for new customers.

Joshua Conrad, Owner
I started my journey in construction back in 2020 in Southern New Hampshire. I opened ALTOS as a painting business and quickly fell in love with all things construction. Outside of work I’m either outside running up a mountain or studying mathematics and theology.
New Hampshire, 2021
In 2021, I had a sudden calling to open a contracting business. Eventually, ALTOS grew into a painting and renovation business. ALTOS PAINTING & RENOVATION worked in the residential space throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Mass. In 2024, I decided to pursue my dream of traveling and working in EMS.
Philadelphia, 2026
In 2026, ALTOS CONSTRUCTION LLC was opened in PA. Today, ALTOS is returning to painting and renovation work throughout Eastern PA.
